language. It was created by Guido van Rossum, and released in 1991.

It is useful in following areas:

1. web development (server-side),
2. software development,
3. mathematical applications,
4. system scripting.

Python has its own advantages:

1. Python works on different operating systems (Windows, Mac,
   Linux, Raspberry Pi, etc).
2. Python is similar to the English language.
3. Python use interpreter to execute the coding.
4. Python programs are smaller compared to other programming
   languages. (Because of ready-made libraries)
5. Python can be treated in a procedural way, an object-oriented
   way or a functional way.
